Falcon Lakes offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets presented in a beautiful display with decorated chafing dishes, table linens, chinaware, and silverware. Our professionally trained and dressed staff will provide first class service. The Falcon Lakes newly remodeled Banquet Room with spectacular views of the golf course and lake will be set per your instructions with linens on all tables and our new large cushioned banquet chairs. Our newly installed state of the art sound system including wireless microphone and large projection screen are available to make your awards and presentations memorable.

Beverage Options:
All the above buffet options include coffee, iced water, lemonade, and iced tea served in the Banquet Room during the time of the food service. All other alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are presented at our beautiful bar in the banquet room at an additional charge.
Beverage Service on the golf course during tournament play is provided from specially designed beverage carts with trained personnel.
